I think adding Kevin Garnett as a mentor for your player would be great thing.
He could be talking to you after losses and encourage you to bounce back or after wins to keep your head focus...you know staff like that.

Another idea is to make interviews after games (like with Ernie and Shaq), but with KG.
His motivations speeches are incredible.
