College Feel

I saw that someone made college teams for 2k. I know that 2K can not use college programs but people can make them. I believe there should be a completely customizable season that can be 30 games and you can download as many custom teams as you need to make it feel like a college video games. The NCAA cannot do anything about it because you are not making the teams, players are making them. An option to include a 64 team tournament should also be included. Basically I want a college video game that the NCAA can not prevent.
