I always wanted to have a custom league where i controlled the awards the trades the off-season signings everything basically including the draft so i thought why not just be able to organize the east and west seeding 1-15 before the season starts almost like how you can force win for a certain team, this would allow us to have certain playoff matchups for rivalries and would allow us to have the right lottery teams for the draft in case we think certain players should go to certain teams
