Give Incentive To "It Can Wait"

I have an idea on how to better evolve your "It Can Wait" mobile app in order to increase incentive of use as well as attract people who ARE texting and driving.

I notice that one major flaw in your app idea is that this app works great...for people who already understand and agree not to use their phones while driving. My idea would build incentive to keep people using your app and attracting new users who have not yet seen the benefit to putting down their phones.
