Loyalty Discount Program

Some people don't mind contracts. Long time customers, we like to commit ourselves to a company in exchange for that company's good service and incentives/discounts. Under the new no contracts plan, loyalty and long time customers are valued less than new customers. An iphone, or galaxy runs $700. Why not make an incentive for discounted phones for continued contracts? We also bundle DirecTV and Uverse internet... so for those customers, offer wireless discounts of devices? Make your company stand out rather than follow cheaper, lesser quality providers who depend on the "jumpers" to stay in business. Not all consumers are afraid of contacts! Please bring them back and reward people with discounted phones.
