New Unlimited Plans

I am currently an att employee working in the retention department and I have noticed that a lot of customers are upset and want to cancel because they don't understand their bill and they want a set guarantee price. I have came up with the idea to create new unlimited plans with taxes and fees included as well as the device access fee. So customers will now have one set pricing each month and will know exactly how much their bill is. A lot of customers get confused when they realize they are being charged a device access fee and customers do not understand the breakdown of the charge. It will be better for our customers and employees if we included all of this into one set pricing. For example for unlimited talk text and data for one line a customer would expect to pay $75/month that's with taxes and fees included and the device access fee. We can also provide att tv for free for the first month with the new plans!
