Update Unlimited Throttled Speed

AT&T needs to update it's unlimited throttle speed. It needs to be updated from 128 kbps to 512 kbps.

Although 512 kbps is considered slow speed it may allow consumers to have the minimum speed for SD video streaming.

In my opinion,SD video is not a premium service. HD however is a premium service for which a consumer could seek better plan options. But all plans including a mobile hotspot should include at a minimum unlimited 512 kbps throttled speeds after high speed data is depleted.
