Transfering From One Technitian To Another. ID Credentials.

AVG Other Idea

Submitted 7 years ago

After calling AVG on three different occasions my call was intercepted by a third party and hacked, scammed and it resulted in fraudulent activity. I had no way of determining that these calls were intercepted. I suggest that a case number as well as employee ID should be given immediately to the customer as well as a legitimate call back number. And when a call back from the technical is required a number identifying the company on caller ID would be appropriate. Yesterday I got a call back from 949-349-2462!? No Name on caller ID. How is anyone supposed trust that the calls or technicians are truly from AVG? In addition why doesn't Directory assistance have you listed?
