Acer Computers Customer Service Improvement Idea

My idea would be to use a customer support team that actually know what they are doing! That would really help with alot of the negative feedback Acer receives. Being able to call a company with a problem and actually receiving helpful advice instead of having to deal with people who are less knowledgeable than themselves would only be a plus. I can guarantee that I will never purchase any Acer product again, and this is all due to the "uninformed" tech support team Acer uses. Do yourselfs a favor Acer, pay that extra dollar and hire people that at least know how to use a computer!
