Activision Product Improvement Idea

On call of duty mondern warfare why do we have thermal optics but no night time maps and why not make the maps we already have change different weather from sunshine to storming or make a map where it snows we have all these different optics and operations but no maps or weather to go with them so why not make a map that changes the weather it would be more challenging and fun
