I am a stower at Dtw1, Working for Amazon is a challenging place where it makes you strives to do better or figure out things to make better. Working as a stower I came up with a idea to be able to produce more production for our facility. Which is giving the stower control of the Pods more. Rather we install a System where the NEW scanner on the screen. Or we create a hand device where like a remote that give you the exact size of the product you ready to enter. Why? Because if we are scanning the product but it's taking 5 -10 mins to get the right size it can effect our Tac Time Or slow the momentum of the workers who are repetitive. On the screen it could be visual of what pod size we exactly need or hand device that give the stower control to request the exact size they need.
