Coupon Improvement

When I receive an email with a coupon, it often has a product picture above the coupon. This causes the coupon itself to print half on page 1 and the bottom half on page 2. When you design the email, could you put the coupon on top and the product picture on the bottom so the coupon will print completely on one page.
