you know i have never had a problem receiving or returning a phone, yet time and time again i have spoken with people who couldn't care less how traumatized you may be. my only "new idea" is to send these people through a class for manners. They are so rude and cold (except for Vivek emp # 1410333 whom I just now spoke with, great friendly employee! ) especialy the one I spoke with last night. At the end of conversation he just hung up and I was still trying to speak to him!!!! Please help. I'm sure most of your cust. feel the same way.
