Atlantic Broadband Customer Service Improvement IdeaSubmitted 8 years ago
I have more than 4 phone numbers to reach customer service ALL OF THE LINES ARE BUSY. It is irritating to the customer to spend so much time trying to have a bill question answered. I am so sorry that due to my condominium regulations, Atlantic Broadband is the ONLY provider for TV, phone and internet in my building. You suck!
