Improve Speed Warning Indicator

I like the speed warning indicator, but I feel like it should be improved. Give us more customization options for it. Instead of having it flash when going to fast, have it just turn red instead and give us the option for the flashing frequency, such as every 1-10 seconds or not flash at all. The flashing can be really annoying some times.

Also let us customize the speed over a certain MPH. For example, in the 1-20 mile range, let us pick MPH over warning limit just for that range along with ranges for 20-40, 40-60, 60+. Like for example I want to be able to do this:

5-20 MPH = 5 MPH over
20-40 MPH = 10 MPH over
40-65 MPH = 15 MPH over
65+ MPH = 20 MPH over

And let us choose a precise MPH over limit.
