The idea stems from the statistics of people who are involved in car accidents due to them driving drunk. My idea is built in Breathalyzer which is sensitive enough to pick up whether a person is sobar enough to drive. If the reading picks up that your level is higher than it should be, then your car will not start. This will ensure that people sober up before they can drive anywhere. This will reduce the amount of accidents and fatalities which occure on the roads. Almost like the alert that cars give when a driver does not where a seatbelt.
