Use The Air To Charge The Battery In Hybrid Or Electric Car

I think if we have some little turbine into the front of the car
When the car starts move ,the turbine will spin
Turbine that connected to regulator to charge and run the motor
I think it will work in addition to the electric that you get from the braking
