On the online account or BOA app, post on the main account page how much the person is earning and has earned from using their credit card and earning their 3/2/1% cash back. Have it highlighted in green because it emphasizes the fact that people are SAVING money. People love to be able to easily see why their credit card is benefiting them. It will add a sense of positive reinforcement to using their Bank of America credit card and they will brag about it to their friends.
