I suggest a fix of changing the MCAS from an automatic to a warning system. Telling them to lower the nose. If they are on a fast climb and not stalling then they can judge whether to nose down. MCAS will not auto kick in. It will only kick in at pilots request. Pilots should be trained on when and how to use the warning. Safety improvement.
