Useing the existing 757-300 narrow body a/c widen it by about a foot restructure the airframe using carbon fiber, use more fuel efficient engines from general electric or leap or rolls Royce ( more options for the customer)make it more mechanic and rapper friendly (as all the older mechanics complain about the new systems are to complex while the rappers find it harder to load) give her more fuel efficient wing tips. That will be a widely used aircraft if produced and of course it has to be cost effective.
