How To Prevent People From Flushing Toilet

Putting the seat down with air flow way is still dangerous for fat people.
Some people do not read and do not know that they have to put the seat down. So when they just sit on the bowl and press the flush button, it will be a nightmare.
I think there should be a mechanism to "weight" the top bowl of the toilet to make sure that there is nothing on top of it. Then the flush button will become "green" to press.
