Big Fish Salad

Hello! I have a new idea that might be of some interest or not. I currently work at my local Burger King in Wauna, Washington. We have a choice of 3 salads. The $1.49 side salad with cheese and tomatoes, the cranberry apple salad with blue cheese, apples slices, and cranberries, and the Caesar salad with Swiss cheese and tomatoes. Both main salads with the choice of grilled or crispy chicken on top. I was working tonight and we were very slow. Probably because it is the day after thanksgiving and Black Friday. But I had a crazy idea of a Big Fish Salad. The Tartar sauce would be the dressing. With a CTO (Cook To Order) fish patty. It was actually very good. I had some of my fellow coworkers try some and they thought it was delicious. All I put on it was Chopped Lettuce, 2 diced tomatoes, 3 diced onions, 1 fresh patty of fish; chopped, and tartar sauce for my dressing. It was really good. I was thinking it would be a new fun mix into our "healthy choices". I think the older folk would be the main target. It's usually our older customers that order salads. Why not try something new and crazy sounding. It's almost 2016! Express yourself. Thank you for your time. :)
