Open to a man laying in a hospital bed unconscious. As he lays there the sound of a heart monitor grows louder. The beeps become more rapid before suddenly flatlining. As Medical staff responds to the emergency, the monitor begins to beep normally again. As the nurse gaze around the room at one another in confusion, the Dr speaks up and says that brain activity shows he is dreaming. A nurse agitatedly asks "what could he possibly be dreaming about?"
At that moment the camera peers into his dream and reveals a Corvette on a winding road with the sound of the monitor perfectly beeping along with the turns on the road. The road then opens to a straight stretch and the driver (the man in the coma) downshifts and opens the throttle. The monitor flatlines again as the screen flashes a picture of the new Corvette and a voice says "Heartstopping performance you can only dream about."
