This truck has grown on me. Now keep it going Chevrolet. As you are becoming more aware, the offroad community is HUGE. The Colorado ZR2 is doing very well. Ford has proven there is definitely a market for the Raptor. Now Ram is joining the mix: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9J-Clu63ko As many would love to see, a fullsize Silverado ZR2. A great mentor who Chevrolet already has an association with is Robby Gordon Motorsports, and what better person to help design a true offroad vehicle? For the true enthusiast, the ideal wheelbase is NOT crewcab sized trucks! GM for a few years manufactured the extended cab with 5'8" bed from 2006 - 2010. Those in the industry agree on the wheelbase, or close to it. Chevy could bring back the wheelbase with the double cab and 5'8" bed (close to the regular cab long bed trucks) slap in a detuned supercharged 6.2, long travel suspension, and take Ford/Ram head on. For the family grocery getter guys/gals, crews could also be available. For years people wanted Chevrolet to get off the sidelines and get in the game!.....and if that happens, I'll be one of the first in line to purchase.
