Middle Row Seating In The Chevy Surburan

I was wondering why the middle row seating in the Chevrolet Suburan does not adjust forward and backward, My Surburban is the vehicle that takes my family on vacations and my daily driver where ever we go, My kids are grown and they have no leg room in the second row. I have talked with my chevy dealer about this and they can't tell me why this is that way., I could go on and on about how great my dealership is which is Cable Dahmer in Independence Mo. They are trying to sell me a new Surburban but mine is the LTZ and I don't want to just trade to be trading but that is something that may change my mind
