Utility Extension Bumper For The Suburan SUV

Have the rear bumper of a suburban on a hydraulic/electric slide to extend 2 1/2 feet with a plate form. It would be a hitch hauler that's always available with the push of a button. It would make the suburban the perfect SUV. Allowing one to haul coolers, grills (for tailgating), yard equipment, haul trash to the dump, etc while keeping the inside of ones car clean of spills and mess.
Frame it up to slide in and out of the frame of the suburban. Once fully engaged the bumper locks in place to ensure collision standards aren't compromised.
