Chipotle Better Floor Cleaning Tools

Hello, iv been working for chipotle for almost a year. Iv been promoted 3 times and I'm at a level where my job is solely very competitive and my boss has high expectations as I do as well for cleanliness. It seems every night the crew and I always have trouble cleaning every corner and in between the grout of the kitchen floors. The mopping and scrubbing doesn't get rid every grain of rice. And the squeegee isn't getting in between the grout leaving some rice or cilantro behind in corners and underneath counters.
An idea of a wet vac or a squeegee that can clean in grout?
