Extend Vacation Suspension

I am a Canadian who winters in Florida for the past 17 yrs. Due to Covid we likely will not come down this winter like many of our friend from the U.S. I pay for the boxes and for internet while we are away during the summer. I recently called Comcast to see if I could extend the Seasonal plan. I was told I could but only until the 270 day limit was reached then I would need to return it. Due to the special circumstances we should be allowed to extend this Seasonal plan unit our hopeful return in the fall of 2021. We are still paying toward our equipment and in some cases the internet service
