Bridge Pay Extension

When I am on bridge pay make first
half payment, the second one is duo in 7days, they allow an extension if you pay another half, in my case I get pay on Friday so I paid it the second half was duo on Thursday I did not have the money until next day Friday I could not get extension phones are off ,now I need full payment to restore services .the reason to use bridge pay is because the costumer does not have all the money but I miss it for 1 day ,I should pay it on Saturday I can make it to next Friday my other half. The idea is way not give the customers one more chance , maybe for customers with ,6 month ? More or less is up to you if services once every 3 months or 6 months or less an option to do a bridge pay again even if I miss the second payment on my first bridge pay , do Thursday our phone was off we have 3 at midnight , Friday no service an d I need full payment if cricket gives the customer a chance they will maybe not loose customers, they will be in bridge pay again cricket will not be out off money they get pay for a week on advance , it will be more money and more business happy customer, just one more chance it could be every 3,6 month is up to cricket after first bridge pay to get a second after phone was off and not a full payment thank you
