Delet A Show

I watched show and then delete from the program list. Then I go back the next day it will be reloaded back onto my list. I have already seen this episode and don't want to watch it again.
Now I have to keep deleting it over and over if there was a "permanent delete this episode" this wouldn't keep happening.
I would only get the episodes that I have not seen. So they need "permanent delete episode" so that it will not be rerecorded
