to save on cost on items used in the field for installs service call and upgrades.

write now we have 3 ground blocks when we should have only one the quad ground blocks by using this ground block we will reduce cost and e waste
if we have 1 ground block used on installs when we roll back for a upgrade and have to change the system from swm to legacy the quad block is already there and more room in vans not much but some

sense we are not going to install standard irds we should think about remotes write now we have 5 remotes blue for standard irds and green standard and hd red rf all irds and now we have the now rc remotes for the genie to many we should only have the rf remote it has more codes and the two now ones for the genie and clients this will save on inventory cost.

aonther thing we should look at is ground straps we should only have two types galvanized and copper in one size if its the right strap it can be sized by cutting or adding one more to make it longer.

the lnbs to ruduce cost on lnbs we now have 4 hd lnbs swm 3 swm 5 and legacy 3 and legacy 5 if we only have lnb swm 5 and legacy5 we have lowered cost and made room in the warehouse and van
