Memory Card

Can someone please put a removable memory card into the genie so when we have to upgrade, everything that is recorded can be transfered to the new dvr. I've been through this so many times. Now I have a child who is autistic, non verbal and loves mickey mouse. We have over a hundred episodes and I can't lose them to upgrade our dvr. Please someone come up with a solution to this. My mother has been a customer since 1994. She's lost all her recordings twice. She refuses to upgrade because she doesn't want to lose everything either. If you figure this out I can guarantee you'd have alot of happy customers. Thank you.
