Pay Extra For A Channel Should Get On Directv App

I pay for extra for Fox Sports Midwest (Channel 671). This is not available to stream on my phone. If I pay extra for it, it should be available to me streaming.
I know I don't pay extra for it but I get the Food Network as one of the streaming channels.
Enough said on the worth of that channel versus a baseball game.
