TV Spot (commercial) Multiples - A day of a Cable Technician (say Castvision) going about a day with 3 jobs in a 2hr window/ telling customers its a channel issue / Changing out converter box to get out of home, telling them outside line needs replace or it's an outside problem and someone else will be out to fix. At the end of day gets home and Directv dish is on roof/ gets in home says hi to wife or kids and sit on sofa and kicks back turn on Directv system and uses on of the services (ie. demand, rewind, dvr)

Another In back yard with family grill nice day / neighbors come over to fence (you see castvision work van in driveway) the neighbors as if your Tv service is out and one of the kids runs in house come back ouy and says Directv working fine dad. Dad says well if its an outage someone should be out here in an hour or so.

In uniform (castvision) gets home wife has girl friend home (takeing off boots and by the time there off} one of the ladies hit you with I had a different tech out at my house 3 times this month and its still not working correctly. she says do you fix your own or do you have issues. You tell her that your not at work and the wife jumps in real quick and says we only have had a tech out when we got installed with Directv.

Same technician sitting around table playing some type of game with his friend. they ask why the get different intermitting issues. you tell them that once the channels get to castvision they then go though different line and many amps for miles and anything can and will go wrong. another one of guest say how do you deal with it. You tell them, mine come straight from satellite to my house. they say how. you tell them Directv
