Idea Of A New DQ Loction

Hi my name is irma flores. I live in korean town in los angeles. Theres some buliding for renting perfect spot to put a DQ at. Its right in the middle of alot of office building that have many people going to lunch & breaks through out the day & a big school Elementary-high school (RFK Community School) not even a block away that pass right by this place. I think it would be a good place to make a DQ at. Its on a shaded street. Busy street. So i know you guys would make money here & we don't have no DQ near here they are all far way like freeway drive away. I always wanted a DQ here. The rent space is on Catalina & Wilshire in korean town los Angeles.
