Take a material like automotive door molding, or a tested flooring mat that you put a sticky side on, that is slightly press in able and not solid.. as a SHEET of Material with a Stick on Side that can be painted. They could be in different colors at purchase.
Use a cnc water jet cutter program to Cut out a Pattern that when stuck together, covers the whole helmet. A Purchase at the Store in a bag, that the protector you then piece together at Home. The consumer then sticks the absorber on the outer helmet, then puts the Teams Logo as a Sticker or Paints the Outside of the Absorber. Every High School Helmet. Every College Helmet. Every Pro Helmet. Football, Hockey, Lacrosse, Baseball, and Possibly Auto and Moto Racing..
