I am a new employee at Dollar General and love my job. I have had many customers asking for certain items we do not have. I think it would be a great idea to eliminate some of the less popular items we do not sale and stock items customers want such as : sets of dishes, glasses including wine and regular, sets of flatware. They also have ask for more craft items.
By the way I love working at Dollar General and I am very proud of my store and want to keep it neat and uncluttered .
and be insightful about it, if they got ONE Customer that's asking for ONE pack ONCE a month, get that one store that one a month so the inventory moves, rather than be a smart-ass and bury the shop in a gross ton of the stuff and then mathematically prove how "it just don't pay to do customer requests" that "just don't have enough of a market".
