Customer Survey
Dollar General Customer Service Improvement IdeaSubmitted 2 years ago
I do understand the point of having a customer survey however when it asks if we had everything that they were looking for and they hit no we get an automatic zero I do not think that is fair to the store because it is not the employees fault if we do not have the merchandise someone is looking for I think it would be a great idea to change how the surveys work so they're not negatively impacting stores for no reason.
