Diversity With Hair Color.

Hi, I would like to bring it to attention that most companies are very welcome to letting people be themselves. Far too often do I go into a Dollar General store and feel sad by the rules being strict and keeping people from being able to live their lives the way the want. I would really like to push for the company let the employees dye their hair whatever they would like. The hair isn't affecting their abilities to work, it doesn't seem trashy (people everywhere have different hair colors) and I know way too many people who are upset by not being able to dye their hair. I also know some people who find extreme happiness, life saving happiness, by letting people choose to express themselves. Please try to loosen hair policies more, as everyone would be much happier.
