The new store planned in Gastonia, NC on the corner of Linwood Rd and Davis Park Rd will not be well received by the people of Gastonia as it is a bad location. One half mile south is now a vacant Bi-Lo store building with a near-by Family Dollar store in adjacent lot. Also, One mile North on Davis Park/Myrtle School Rd is another empty building, the former Rite-Aid Drug Store. This building is located within one-half block of a Dollar Tree and one block of a Family Dollar. Suggest you reconsider the new store building site as people prefer using near-by empty buildings when available. If built as planned in site on corner of Linwood and Davis Park, it will be empty within two years.
