Without a proper NDA I cannot tell you to the full extent of my product. It's currently under 'payent pending' and I've shown it to a few corporations such as Purina, Tidycats, and Rubbermaid. I'm trying to get this product into the hands of the public and I have a very small window to do it in.. I haven't gone pibloc with my idea yet, and would like to be able to submit my idea to DG in hopes of finding a manufacturer for it.
1st is it a product or an idea.. if you have a product you should consider talking with a patent attorney .. if you have just an idea I recommend you start working on a prototype it doesn't have to be perfect then present it to a patent attorney like the uspto.. NDA's can only protect an idea to a certain extent..
