Jenkinsville,SC would be a goldmine location. Not only do you have over 5000 contract employees working on the VC Summer Nuclear Plant but Lake Monticello is always booming wirh fishermen also Fairfield County is huge for hunters. There are only a couple small old country stores out there. I could only imagine how busy this location would be and residents would love not having to run miles and miles for something needed...it would be close to home.
