Too often I've witnessed no customer service..rude managers/employees along with accessive smoking or swearing along with arguments between employees..nothing stocked or items all over not in proper place. I mostly shop at Minco Oklahoma store..where I've had employees complain their manager makes them work off the clock to get things done so she can sit outside and smoke...saying she's too good to work. Surprise inspections might help these lazy rude people to actually change their attitude and do their job. Store would have a better atmosphere and be more enjoyable to shop in.

Lauderdale ms. store is a wreck. You can't shop there due to the carts lining the isles. I will not be shopping there. Many people have the same complaint that I have listed. The floors are filthy with loose water bottles, candy, cereal boxes, clothes. Looks as if a tornado has come through. If I were a thief I could have walked out the door with anything I wanted and I do not believe the clerks would have said a word. I guess that is one reason the shelves are so empty.
