If you read the various posts people make, your company lacks Customer Service.
Apparently those that are managers do not know how to manage nor do they know how to set a good example for the employees which then creates poor employee productivity.
If higher management close their eyes to these posts, the store will one day fold.
One time when a person was unhappy with service in a store it was word of mouth. Now the internet has taken it to a new level that can bring a company down. Hire good people not jerks.
Your Pilot Point store #555 has the rudest employees, highest turnover, and worst management of any of your locations within a 30 mile radius. Desmen may well be the most ignorant and rudest employee I have ever encountered anywhere. The managers need to do more training and cover the store during peak times. The check-out process is painfully slow and I question the honesty of employees who think it is okay to expect their customers to leave the store WITHOUT RECEIPTS!
