Dalmac And Cheese

I work at the firehouse subs on east Hampden in Denver Colorado and my name is Sergio. I am 16, but I think we should have another alternative than just chili. I then thought Mac and cheese would be great. I came up with the name combining Dalmatian having to to do with firehouse and of course Mac and cheese. We could add a variety off stuff to it even to fit vegetarians needs. Like bacon, peppers, mushrooms etc. I think this is a great idea for firehouse because Mac and cheese is not expensive to make and it could be a big hit.
