Trailering Headlights

I have a 3500 Denali and tow a 5th wheel trailer. Even with low beams on, I constantly get flashed by oncoming drivers thinking I have my high beams on. When trailering, the nose of the truck points up, making lights appear bright to others. Can't they make a switch that allows me to lower my headlight beam when trailering? It would make it better for me to see the road and not blind oncoming traffic.
