GEICO's customer service and excellent web site is not a problem. However, after more than 15 years insured with GEICO they raised rates due to no fault of mine. I am one of those most desired customers: No tickets, no claims, no DUI, excellent credit, home owner and now retired US Government. Again my rates went up and I was told rates went up in all of my area? I still live in a small town with 600 population. Only change to me is that now I am retired, drive even less and my truck is valued at even less.
GEICO does not offer homeowner insurance in Florida.
GEICO should just start offering more competitive rates and stop so much advertising. Believe me that informed customers want results in the form of lower rates for deserving low risk customers. Of course there are three other insurance companies that spend too much on their commercials. They should all offer real and substantial discounts and discontinue animated reptile commercials.
Provide real comparisons that people can relate to.
I have cancelled GEICO again for the 3rd time in 15 years in favor of USAA. They offer auto and home that save even more with combined policies.
fire that stupid reptile. that way you will have enough money to fix my pickup the wright way. not some cheap patch job. like yall are doing. and where are the tires that come off my pickup that cody b. [the adjuster] said he was going to take so that geico can recoop some of it's money. that way he can keep the tires for himself, or geico can recoop some money for it's self. and my pickup,,,, well let's just say,,,, my pickup is just poopoo out of luck.
