Open was a man sitting in bed talking on the phone. Maybe hear some of the conversation on the phone sounding like a drunk girl.
The man's wife sits up and says "Who is it Ralph?"
Ralph says "honestly honey I have no idea" and that hangs up the phone.
Cut to Announcer: "as long as drunks call Ralph in the middle of the night, Geico will be saving you 15% or more on car insurance"
Cut to a different man talking on his phone in a darkened kitchen.
The light come on to reveal his angry wife.
She says: "Who is it now Earl?"
He says: "It's no one"
She scoffs and stops out of the room, turning off the light as she goes.
He follows her saying "Honey I'm serious I don't know who keeps calling..." He throws the phone and follows her out of the room.
