One of the worst aspects of renting is the loss of money that will have no future value. By offering a customer a renters insurance credit toward a future home owners insurance police would be very beneficial for both Geico and a young future home buyers. By offering Credits towards their first home owners insurance policy a young renter gains a benefit that they will eventually be able to utilize. This makes selling the insurance easier and buying with a tangible future value a win win for Geico and the customer. Rent to Own Credit would come from insuring with Geico, in addition to the renters insurance the renter gains a future credit towards the homeowners insurance they will ultimately need some day. The customer gains renters insurance and a tangible credit towards the ultimate goal of owning their own home, Geico gains a long term customer its a win win.
