Sports Teams Using The Wrong Ball

Two basketball teams on the court waiting for the tip-off; referee throws the ball in the air, players jump with one winning the jump, as he taps a [golf ball] to his awaiting teammates, where one player drives down court and slams ball through the hoop.

Football: quarterback drops back to find his receiver, fires, but the [hockey puck] carenns off the receiver's helmet.

Water polo: teams are in the water fighting for position with arms in air, swimmer throws and the [shuttle cock] goes about two feet, lands in the water, where it simply floats; the swimmers look on in diappointment.

Winter olympics; curling: scene shows the player lining up and in motion for the throw (from behind - not showing the rock); shot pans to the sweepers as they broom the ice in front of the thrown .
